PDFit Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 27, 2026

PDFit ("the app") is a tool for compressing, merging, and splitting PDF files on your device. Your privacy matters, and this policy explains — plainly — what the app does and does not do with your information.

We do not collect your data

PDFit does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising. We have no servers that receive your data.

Everything happens on your device

All PDF processing — compression, merging, and splitting — is performed entirely on your device using Apple's built-in frameworks. Your documents never leave your device through the app and are never uploaded anywhere.

Files you choose

PDFit only accesses the files you explicitly select or share with it. To make recently used files easy to reopen, the app stores secure references (bookmarks) to those files locally on your device. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us or any third party.

No third-party services

PDFit does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection SDKs.

Children's privacy

Because PDFit collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date above.
